The home was purchased and transformed into a six bedroom bed and breakfast. Due to its location and architecture, the hotel quickly became a Mazatlán mainstay for many tourists and expats.

Additional guest rooms were added for a total of eight, each with its own private bath and unique traditional Mexican furnishing. Hecho'd en Mexico, the wine & cigar shop was built to further pamper the needs of guests.
