Reservation & Booking Policies

Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are cash prices quoted in US Dollars. Limit two persons per room. At the discretion of management, there may be a maximum of 4 people in some of the rooms. There is a $20 charge for each additional person per room.

Taxes: All rates are subject to mandatory Mexican taxes (15% IVA and 3% Bed Tax). Taxes are not included in rates.

Reservation Deposits: A valid Visa or Master Card is required to secure your reservation. A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay is required to confirm your reservation. No reservation will be confirmed until your deposit has been received. Deposits may be made via Master Card, Visa (4.25% .cc fee), direct deposit or wire transfer into any Bank of America.

Payments: Any outstanding balance is due upon arrival. Casa de Leyendas accepts the following forms of payment: U.S. cash, Mexican pesos (based on current exchange rate), Visa and MasterCard (4.25% cc fee).

Cancellation Policy

At Casa de Leyendas we rent our rooms by advance reservations. When you reserve a room or rooms, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the dates you requested. We want our policy to be fair for our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our Inn by cancellations. We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us greatly, so when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Trip insurance is strongly suggested, there are several to choose from on the Internet Cancellations of 31 days + prior to arrival, your total deposit is refundable less a $50 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to re-rent your room for the originally scheduled dates, your deposit will be returned, less a $50 processing fee. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, you agree to pay for your entire stay regardless of late arrival, no-show or early departure

General Policies

Check In Time: Check in time is 2 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for late or early arrivals.

Checkout Time: 12 p.m. We will gladly hold your luggage on your check out day while you tour or shop.

Breakfast: Hot breakfast is available from 8 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Children: Our Bed & Breakfast is designed to cater to the relaxation and enjoyment of adults therefore, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12. However, accommodations may be made under certain circumstances, i.e. family reunions or rental of entire house.

Pets: We accept small dogs, but have special rules and regulations - call for details.

Smoking: This is a smoke-free environment. In consideration of all of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside patios.
