Reservation, Booking & Cancellation Policies

Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Limit two persons per room.

Reservation Deposits: To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% deposit per night per room. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Seasonal Booking: Prepayment in full (at time of booking) is required to guarantee reservations during Christmas/New Years, Easter, Spring Break and Carnaval seasons.

Cancellation Policy: No reservation, even though confirmed, is guaranteed without receipt of the room deposit (see above). If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less of your check-in date, you agree to forfeit your full deposit. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Applicable Taxes: Our quoted rates do not include a mandatory government-collected Mexican Federal Tax (IVA) of 15% and a bed tax of 3%.

Payments: Any outstanding balance is due upon arrival. Casa de Leyendas accepts the following forms of payment: U.S. cash, Mexican Pesos (based on current exchange rate), Visa and Mastercard. Our rates are subject to change without notice.

* At the discretion of management, cots may be available for one additional guest per room at $20.00 per night during off-season and $30.00 per night during Christmas/New Years, Easter, Spring Break and Carnaval seasons.

General Policies

Check In Time: Check in time is 2 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for late or early arrivals.

Checkout Time: 12 p.m. We will gladly hold your luggage on your check out day while you tour or shop.

Breakfast: Hot breakfast is available from 8 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Children: Our Bed & Breakfast is designed to cater to the relaxation and enjoyment of adults therefore, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12. However, accommodations may be made under certain circumstances, i.e. family reunions or rental of entire house.

Pets: We accept small dogs, but have special rules and regulations - call for details.

Smoking: This is a smoke-free environment. In consideration of all of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside patios.
