About Us

Casa de Leyendas is more than your typical Bed and Breakfast. It is an experience you will never forget and will want to return. We have some of the most comfortable beds in Mazatlan to ensure a restful night's sleep. We have a wonderful breakfast every day to start your day off right. We will arrange all of your activities during your stay at no additional cost. By the time you leave, you will feel like you are leaving your family behind. You can expect the following:

Breakfast: Start your day with a choice of wonderful hot breakfast entrees. Fresh fruits, juices and breads, coffee and tea are always served. You may choose to have your breakfast served in the privacy of your own suite, or join the group in one of our many eating areas. Any special dietary needs will be addressed prior to your stay with us.

Arrange Activities: We are able to arrange all of your activities while you are in Mazatlan at no extra cost to you - from spas, sailing, boat trips, fishing, hunting, surfing, snorkeling, shopping, city tours, etc. You just come and enjoy your vacation.

Laundry Service: All you laundry needs are included, at no charge, during your stay with us. We can assist you in making arrangements for dry cleaning services (not included).

Maid Service: Maid service is included during your stay with us.

Free Internet Service: You will have high speed Internet Service available for your convenience during your stay with us, along with faxing, copy and scanning capabilities. We also have wireless available for your lap top use.

Free Calling to U.S. & Canada: You will be able to call home to check on business or your love ones free of charge.

Purified Water: Our Bed & Breakfast is equipped with an advanced purified water system throughout the entire house.

Multi-Media Room/Den: A multi-media room awaits you on those days or nights that you would just like to sit and relax. Put on a movie, watch T.V., or just sit and read or write a letter.

Room to Spare: All of our common areas are available to you during your stay. Enjoy our front terrazza that overlooks the Arte de Museo, the ocean view terrazza that overlooks the Pacific Ocean, or our rooftop terraza with a panoramic view of Mazatlan. The patio garden area with its fountain will afford you a tranquil setting to sit and meditate on your day. You may choose to enjoy your favorite beverage in the bar area or sit and watch T.V. on the second floor reception area.

Swimming Pool: If ocean swimming isn't for you, enjoy our private sparkling swimming pool in the courtyard.

Special Occasions**: Honeymoon, anniversary, birthday…whatever the special occasion, we can make it memorable by providing those special touches.

Special Requests**: We can accommodate special requests for lunches or dinners. Our formal dining room comfortably seats 15 people.

Pets: We are "small" dog friendly, but have very strict rules and requirements. Sorry, no cats, birds or other animals. Please call us for details.
