Casa de Leyendas is an 8000 square foot Bed & Breakfast with over 1500 square feet of additional outside terrazzo space.

Lounge in one of the many separate, common areas in the casa.  Enjoy a book or conversation in the first floor living room, or relax in the second floor lounge where you will find cable t.v., an extensive reading library, free high speed Internet, wireless Internet service, and a Vonage phone so you can keep in touch with family and friends back home.

Relax on one of the two second floor terrazzo's located at the front and rear of the house, or on the rooftop terrazzo which has a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean and some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever experience!

Spend an enjoyable afternoon in our interior courtyard with jetted pool. Pick up some jumbo shrimp from our local "shrimp ladies" and grill 'em on the barbie.

Macaws Restaurant: For your pleasure and convenience, the new Macaws Bar/Deli is located at the front of the building.  Here you can enjoy 'gringo' style fresh food at a fair price.  Come in and enjoy a cold Pacifico, a deli sandwich and a friendly atmosphere.

Breakfast: Start your day with a fresh cup of hot coffee, tea, or fresh juice. You will then choose from a variety of wonderful menu items that are specialties of Casa de Leyendas, including wonderful seasonal fresh fruit and a variety of homemade fresh muffins. You can choose to have breakfast in our courtyard, breakfast room, or, in the privacy of you own room.  Any special dietary needs will be addressed at check in.

Concierge Service: We will gladly arrange all of your activities while you are in Mazatlán at no extra cost to you: Rental Cars, Spa, Sailing, Fishing, Hunting, Tours, Shopping, etc.

Daily Maid Service: Maid service is included during your stay with us.

Free Internet Service: High speed, wireless Internet service available for your convenience.

Vonage Phone Service; For the convenience of our guests,we provide a separate Vonage number, located in the second floor lounge.  You will never be more than a phone call away for friends and family...always free!

Business Center: We have an business office center, where for a small fee, you can fax, copy or scan documents.

Purified Water: Our Bed & Breakfast is equipped with an advanced purification system throughout the entire house.

Spool: If ocean swimming isn't for you, enjoy our private small jetted pool in the courtyard.

Gas BBQ: A large gas BBQ is located in the Interior Courtyard for your convenience. Whether its shrimp for the local 'shrimp ladies', or your 'catch of the day', grill it up and enjoy!

Laundry Service;  For a flat $5.00 USD fee, you can have your laundry washed, folded and returned to your room in less than 24 hours.

Bikes; The casa has 2 bikes available for a small rental fee

Beach Towels, and Lounge Chairs; We have 4 positional beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels on site for the convenience of our guests at no charge.

Pets: We are "dog friendly" on a case by case basis, but do have rules and requirements. Please call for specifics. Sorry, no cats, birds or other animals.

Special Requests***; We can accommodate special requests for lunches, dinners, or any special occasion or event. Our formal dining room comfortably seats 15 people.
